Our relaxed fine dining restaurant opened in December 2017 under the charge of Chef Paddy Collins. The kitchen garden provides a large part of the fruit, vegetables and herbs and are picked by our chefs daily. Matched with our extensive choice of world wines or craft beers, you are in for a treat as Michelin Guide described Paddy’s Prime Irish Hereford fillet as ‘hard to better’.

Our Walled Garden
Perched high above and overlooking Lough Derg and the River Shannon, our walled garden produces much of the fruit, vegetables and herbs for the Wood & Bell kitchens.
